Lake Pedder , Tasmania

Just to make it clear all of the National Parks are still closed in Tasmania as of 26th of April. This image is from the beginning of this year while we were still leading normal lives and were able to freely move around. I know we all fondly remember those days and like many I am definitively developing the cabin fever as the time goes on.

In a mean time I keep shifting trough the files on my hard drives and occasionally I discover some of them with some potential. I remember distinctly how weather was changing over Tasmania that weekend. Clouds were drifting pretty fast across the sky. I was enjoying light display and purposely trying few different exposures in order to capture textures of the sky while in the same time attempting to get surface off the lake sufficiently blurred to produce smooth contrast against the drifting clouds. On the end I picked this exposure to be the final image as it pretty much captures inner feeling I had while enjoying this scene at the lake.
